We primarily work with mid-size to large enterprises — typically organisations with 100+ employees and a dedicated IT function. That said, we do work with ambitious smaller companies when the challenge is complex enough to benefit from senior-level expertise. For most engagements, we can begin within 2–3 weeks of contract signature. For urgent cybersecurity incidents or critical infrastructure issues, we can mobilise within 48 hours. We will always be transparent about our availability during the discovery call.

Both. Most of our work is delivered remotely or in a hybrid model, which reduces cost and accelerates delivery. For certain engagements — particularly ERP go-lives, security assessments, and training programmes — on-site presence is essential and we will travel to your location across Europe and MENA.

We then produce a clear statement of work with defined deliverables, timeline, and investment. We work in structured phases with regular checkpoints, and we measure success against the outcomes we agreed at the start — not activity metrics.
