Many of our engagements are delivered remotely or through a combination of on-site and remote delivery. We are comfortable working across time zones and cultural contexts.

We are not the right fit for very small businesses looking for basic IT support. Our value is in strategic IT leadership, complex implementations, and enterprise-grade security — where senior expertise makes a measurable difference.
For most engagements, we can begin the discovery phase within two weeks of agreement. For urgent cybersecurity incidents or critical infrastructure issues, we can mobilise within 24–48 hours. We maintain capacity for rapid-response engagements precisely because we know that IT problems rarely wait for convenient timing.
Both. For well-defined projects — such as ERP implementations, cloud migrations, or security assessments — we prefer fixed-price engagements with clear deliverables and milestones. For ongoing managed services, advisory retainers, or complex transformations where scope evolves, we use time-and-materials with monthly reporting and transparent billing. We discuss the best model during the discovery phase.
